Lakefront and Withlacoochie Trail

Outdoor amenities include cornhole boards, gas grill, lakeside firepit, screened porch, and outdoor shower.

You can kayak the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes and canals. Then you can bike 200 yards to the 50-mile paved Withlacoochie Trail and go north or south 25 miles.
Upon returning take a refreshing shower outdoors, cook dinner on the gas grill, play some cornhole, and watch the sun set on the screened back porch or at the firepit. All while overlooking the lake.

2 single and 1 tandem kayaks -PFDs and paddles provided and required.
2 hybrid bikes – helmets provided and required.

Both queen beds are memory foam mattresses
Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and induction tea pot appliances.
Fully stocked baths with towels, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

A handicap-friendly home with 4” ledge at front door and back doors to porch with 36" doors, a side door ramp with narrower 28” door, and master bath shower with 4” ledge, integrated seat, and handheld shower
