Please return AC to 74 degrees in the spring/summer (April-Oct) months and 69 degrees (heat from Nov-March
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Franklinton has revamped the downtown and is such a cute area now. The house is very convenient to Main St on a safe quiet street. House has been updated and has a nice backyard area for hanging out. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

This was a charming house that was a great place to call our home base for the weekend. Short walk to historic Franklinton to several restaurants and cafes. A few blocks from the grocery store also. Would definitely stay again.

This is our favorite rental and the host is a fantastic owner. Everything is so well thought out, spotless, and special. Wonderful Stay in Franklinton

Really great spot in a small and quiet little town. A great base for visits with friends in the area and away from the bustle of Raleigh (but not too far away). Older house but well maintained and lots of little extras. Loved sitting on the screened in porch to enjoy breakfast. Bedrooms were comfortable and my Mom and I had all the amenities we needed for a nice stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was tastefully decorated. I wished we had time to enjoy the outdoor space and screened in back porch. We had to take care of some business, but would return for relaxation at a later time. Even though we did not bring our pets. It was nice to see that our pets were welcome.

My place is located on a quiet one-way street within Downtown Franklinton. The town has implemented a revitalization plan that showcases the exciting growth coming to the area. This house is walkable to new and coming dining, shopping and fun activities.

What makes this property unique

This 1950's brick ranch home has lived a long life and I’ve worked hard to bring it into the present while maintaining the character that makes it so unique! This house is located on a quiet one-way street leading to downtown Franklinton. The kitchen is fully stocked with filtered water, a coffee maker and basic spices & seasonings for cooking. There are also non-perishable foods for guests if they would like to use them. This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature queen beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have extra comforters available in the closets. There is a spacious living room and dining room for guests to enjoy and relax in. There is a full laundry room as well. Enjoy a drink on the front porch or head around back where guests are welcome to relax on the screened in porch or rear patio area with fire pit and grill.
