A summer of sun and relaxation awaits at this charming, recently renovated Montauk beach house. Located inside the highly desirable Culloden Shores, this is one of the few homes in this waterside community that offers it's own pool while also being just steps to the bayside beaches. The four bedrooms and four baths (three of which are en-suite) provide plenty of space for the whole clan. Best of all this home is also within short walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and fishing boats of Montauk Harbor and Gosman's Dock. Brand new to the short-term rental market, this home has central air, a swimming pool, a large outdoor living area, a brand new 65 inch outdoor TV (which can be viewed from both the pool and hot tub), a fire pit sitting area, and a six person Bullfrog Jacuzzi *Please note our pet policy of one dog permitted.

We have previously rented our home for the summer season but are brand new to hosting and are very excited to begin! We are a Long Island family with two elementary school girls. I was born and raised in Long Island while my wife grew up in sunny Southern California.
Why they chose this property
We had been looking in Montauk for a long time, but finding a pool house just steps from the beach and restaurants was a large ask. When this house came on the market...we jumped!
What makes this property unique
A pool by the beach is always a hard find, but what makes this house truly unique is that it is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath house by the beach that doesn't break the bank. The house is perfectly laid out for a summer rental.
And on a personal note, when my friends ask me what I would like to do when I eventually retire, my answer is always the same - I want the ability to sit in the pool and hot tub and watch TV if I want. So when we bought this house...that was my top priority.
