Spacious 1 Bedroom Home, 9 Minutes to VT & I-81
Enjoy the luxury feel of a 5 star hotel room while staying at this spacious one bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen in a townhome all by yourself.
It is a quick 9 minutes drive to VT, 15 minutes drive to Radford University, Floyd, the Aquatic Center and the
I-81 and 460 is easily accessible.
It is also a walking distance to restaurant, huckleberry trail, grocery store etc.
An excellent location and a tremendous place to stay for wineries, hiking, celebrations and festivities in NRV, and football games.
The Space:
Very spacious with lots of natural lights and fresh air with ensuite private bathroom.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area
Access code to enter the property is sent an hour prior to check-in time.
It is a quick 9 minutes drive to VT, 15 minutes drive to Radford University, Floyd, the Aquatic Center and the

Two nights
Very clean. We appreciated the snacks, tea, bottled water, and the hygiene items in the bathroom. Some expense has gone into very nice pillows, mattress, and bath towels. I suggest a floor mat on the inside of the front door, a mattress pad, kitchen hand towel and dishcloth, dish rack for drying dishes, and a large kitchen trash can.
