About the host
Hosted by Tisha Lallier

Hi, we are the Lallier's. My husband is originally from Quebec Canada, and I am a transplant form NYC. Together we have 3 kiddos. 2 grown sons and a 16 yo. son. We LOVE to travel and entertain. When we discovered this home we knew it was some place special. The spectacular sunsets and St. Lucie River take us miles away from our normal stress and day to day rush. We want to share this experience with others that are looking to stay in the wonderful Stuart area.
Why they chose this property
When we walked into this home we were immediately taken with it's charm and warmth. The views of the St. Lucie River made us feel like we were on a houseboat and the details from this 1935 Sam Maxwell home one add to it's vintage charm. We love that you can literally walk to historic downtown, parks and even the shopping plaza (supermarket, gym) within a few minutes and don't need a driveway crowded with cars to truly enjoy our time here. Located near the marina, the river is teaming with all kinds of nature. Dolphins swim by regularly, and the dock fishing is amazing. A quick trip down the river brings you to the Ocean or large sandbar.
What makes this property unique
NEW167' dock with large platform/seating area and fish station. Original 1935 details throughout the home, floor vents, fireplace, hardwood floors. Lovely screened outdoor porch facing the River and the magnificent sunsets.
