All furniture, accessories, and furnishings are all brand new as of March 2023. Quiet dead-end street too.

Come relax in our newly updated 3 bedroom, 4 bed, 2 full bath single level home with vaulted ceilings and great room concept. We are located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood on a dead-end street in the heart of darling Gilbert with everything this charming town has to offer. You can easily walk to downtown or it's a short drive to sooo much fun stuff to do in Gilbert...or nearby Mesa & Chandler. Even Phoenix & Scottsdale are only a 30 minute drive away! Fantastic golf courses, MLB Spring Training, NASCAR, NFL, hiking, biking, boating, and more are all easy access for you at this house.

We have a large, beautiful and private backyard with multiple seating and lounging options complete with a firepit, bar and a built-in BBQ to entertain family and friends. Our self-cleaning pebble-tec pool (heated option available in the winter for extra charge ) will make you feel like you have escaped to a tropical oasis. The pool water stays nice and warm here in Gilbert and hovers around 80 plus even in the Spring, making it the perfect place to gather and play on the endless hot days and warm evenings that Arizona provides : ) The pool is professionally maintained weekly for your comfort and convenience.

The interior of the home is fully remodeled and custom designed with brand new furniture, furnishings, beds and linens in March of 2023. We have a modern, spacious, and well-stocked kitchen and pantry, smart TV’s in every room so you can stream all your favs...Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN plus, Disney plus, Amazon Prime, etc. Free highspeed wifi is available to all guests.

It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible so you'll find the house loaded with extras such as a coffee station, blender, toaster, waffle maker,
hair dryer. There’s even a separate beverage/wine fridge available.

Please note that this is a very quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood (with quiet hours of 10pm-8am) which make it perfect for family/friend gatherings but it's NOT a party house and all noise complaints will be addressed swiftly.

Graduation family trip

Doug's home was amazing! Absolutely darling decor, clean and amenities galore! Traveled from out of state for nephews graduation and were so happy to be able to stay together! We used every amenity offering, but the guys really enjoyed the putting green! Kitchen had many extras, including awesome coffee bar, plenty of utensils, serving pieces, and bar serving area. Beds and bedding were comfortable too. Super centrally located, close to everything Gilbert! Overall 10/10,

Short and Sweet Getaway

The location was perfect and centrally located for everywhere we wanted to go. The property was beautiful, clean, and super cozy ( especially the bedrooms and beds). The property manager/s were easy to get a hold of and responded quickly if we had any questions. We had an excellent stay and experience!

Wedding in Gilbert

The property was exactly as described. Everything was updated and extremely clean. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions that I had. You will not find a nicer house in this price range. We will absolutely stay here again.

Awesome house

Where do we start! Doug and Renee are great hosts. The house is perfect. Clean and spacious. Everything was just perfect. They thought of everything. The pool was great. Great time just floating around. Used the grill a couple of times, worked great. Just a wonderful property. Will be coming back and staying there again. Great restaurants around. You won’t be disappointed!
