Family Vacation

We had a great time. The location was perfect to enjoy the beach without a lot of people around. Also close enough to places to eat and other attractions. Just a short walk to the beach and a great pool.

Great for our family!

We loved staying here. There was plenty of space and useful amenities. Pool and beach great. Quiet and secluded. Liked being away from things, yet one day we didnt have a vehicle and couldnt walk to any restaurants, but got delivery.

Tidy, well equipped condo with easy access to the beach

We had a very pleasant stay at the condo which is very conveniently located within walking distance directly across the street from the beach. It is in a quiet location and had all the amenities we required during our stay. Everything in the condo was well kept and very clean. Would definitely go back again.

Everything Was Great . The kids enjoyed the pooled and being able to commute to the beach in such a short time . The house was decorated perfect made me feel like I was home away from home , Ms Kathryn was also great . Great communication will definitely love to visit again

Great Stay

Very friendly willing to help tenants. Perfect location to shops,site seeing,resturants. Great view for rockets launches. No hidden surprises. Kathy was a great host. Always prompt responses to any questions. Ocean Beach access is just a walk across the road. We did snowbirding for 3 months & really enjoyed ourselves.A

As advertised.

Very nice condo. Nothing great about the exterior but the interior was thoughtfully renovated and nicely decorated with premium appliances. Great location close to Daytona Beach without the hustle and bustle and noise of the downtown. Easy instructions and check in/check out was a breeze. Definitely will be favorited for future trips to the beach.

Fantastic Beach Condo

I was totally wowed by this VRBO condo! Check in and arrival was a breeze. Place was super clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Pool and Ormond beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The owner supplied beach towels, bath towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and most all toiletries you would need for a beach visit! I really appreciated that all the rooms had fans to keep me cool. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this VRBO and would definitely love to come back! Wonderful trip!

Very roomy and clean 2BR second story condo in the back of the complex. Across A1A from the beach…about a quarter mile walk to the beach. Stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen. Roomy master bedroom. Nice kitchen and living area.

Condo was spacious, clean for the most part. There are3 pools, the one closest to the condo is ok, the next pool over was very nice. Beach has a very steep incline and it’s a decent walk away from the condo.

A simple, clean condo within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Relatively quiet and comfortable property with the slight quirk of feeling more like staying at someone else’s vacation home rather than a vacant guest property (lots of toiletries etc). Basic provisions were provided as we are used to with most VRBO properties plus helpful beach extras. Very responsive kind host! Beautiful beach.

This is a nice clean condo that was a great place to stay after a busy week. The beach is a short walk and very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Kathy was very nice and responded quickly. Wish we could of stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your home.

EXCELLENT CHOICE!!

Kathy was a SUPER host..we arrived earlier than expected and she moved heaven and earth to get us in early!… The condo was IMMACULATE and we needed for nothing!… beds were comfy and the place was sooo cozy… I would recommend Kathy’s place to EVERYONE!!… We had everything we needed in a closet for a perfect beach day… Me and my husband and son were in Daytona for my daughter’s college cheerleading competition in Nationals… where they placed 8th in the country… we were totally overjoyed with our entir visit!!.. Soooo … Kathy is the person to book with!!.. TOTALLY AMAZING EXPERIENCE.. God bless you all!

Great Place to Stay

The condo was updated, spacious, and very clean. Kathy is a great host! The location of the condo is convenient - less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 20 minutes drive to Daytona if you want some nightlife. The pools associated with the condo were very clean and well-maintained. We had a great time. Will stay here again!
