Wonderful and relaxing

Super comfy beds and furniture. Secluded but not isolated and a good location for exploring the area from Lake Lure to Pisgah and DuPont forest. Very pretty location among trees and mountain laurel. Road to property is rough.

Nice getaway

The house was very nice and clean. Private up a private road, though it would be difficult in snow without 4wd and probably chains. Upstairs is almost its own private suite and downstairs has everything you might need. The garage with games was a great addition though we didn’t really use it. The internet was fast and 300Mbs down which was perfect since I had to work from the house. They do mention that it can be weather dependent however. I would definitely stay again.

Cozy Retreat

If you're looking for a nice peace place to relax and take some time for yourself or with the family, this is the place to do it. From enjoying a rainy evening next to the fireplace or a foggy morning drinking coffee on the porch this place delivers. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the game room but this house boasts everything you need for family or couples to get away. Hendersonville has some great restaurants, spots to explore and the pinball museum is worth a stop.

Great Fall Mountain Escape!

We loved our trip to Hendersonville. Enjoyed the trip to the Justus Apple Orchard and explored downtown Hendersonville. The house was great - main level has a queen bedroom and the bunk style room. Upper level has an additional family room (only tv) and a spacious king bedroom. House was quaint and clean and had some basic supplies so were weren't in need of anything we may have forgotten. Make sure to buy ice or bring trays as there wasn't any available. Also, be wary of trash as critters can and will get into the cans. Overall - great family stay!

The home was great. The kids loved the game room and roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over a fire in the firepit. The leaves were turning color for the Fall and the scenery was beautiful.

Upstairs bathroom sink drain ... clogged ... doesn't work! ... needs attention. Driveway is rough. You should warn about the potholes, etc. We have 4 wheel drive, mountain life experience, so it wasn't a problem for us but someone with a small and/or fancy car might have real problems. This kind of person could sue you. I suggest a couple of ice trays or to let your renters know they should bring in ice.

Comfortable Cabin

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was clean and comfortable and had all the things we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the basement room but we do wish some of the brush around the house was cleared out so you can enjoy the outdoors area and the little stream. You can hear it but not see it for all the under brush. Everything else was spot on, definitely recommend.
