About this property

Family sized in the Trees

A traditional tiny home situated on 20 acres bordering the Coconino and Kaibab forests, on the edge of Sycamore Canyon. It feels like a world away but we are only 25 minutes from Williams and 30 minutes from Flagstaff. There is a swimming hole within walking distance and multiple lakes nearby to enjoy boating, fishing, birding, and more. Miles and miles of hiking and biking trails right from the front of the property. If you are looking to get away from the noise, look no further.

Guests have access to the entire property, we just ask that they stay out of the existing structures on site as they are historic, and are used for equipment storage for the owners.

There are other buildings on the property: 2 other tiny house rentals, a historic cabin, a barn, sheds and we live in a tiny house on the other side of the property. Explore the expansive grounds or venture a few minutes to Sycamore Canyon, Schulz Lake, Sycamore Falls or Dogtown Lake.

Due to our rural setting, we do not offer WiFi at this time. Most cell phone carriers have great service here and you can use a hot spot to connect to the TV. There is a DVD player in the home and we have a DVD library available.

Part of the drive to our property consists of dirt roads. They are hard packed and maintained by the county on a very regular basis. For reference, we have a minivan and it handles the dirt roads very well.

This is a rustic homestead and we take special care to conserve our natural resources. We utilize well water, septic tanks and solar power when possible.

Charming Tiny House
We had a wonderful stay in this tiny house in the woods. The owners added so many nice, personal touches, and really seemed to think of everything. The house was clean, almost brand new. We would love to stay here again!

Family getaway
We loved the seclusion in the pines. The Beers’ did an amazing job with their tiny home inn, they thought of everything! One of the sweetest touches was a personalized kit to make s’mores (perfect amount for our group). I personally loved the hummingbirds and all the outdoor activities to help us escape. We loved being disconnected!
