Our luxury “Hedonism” is located on historical,world-known holiday destination “Sveti Stefan” (“Saint Stephen”)with a great view on see and islet from all the premises. 600 square meters,4 bedrooms,6 bathrooms, picturesque garden with a private swimming pool,rooms for the fitness and an entertainment, barbecue space,sauna,jakuzzi,spacious living room with separate kitchen and all modern necessities.
“Hedonism” is designed both internally and externally according to a highest standards, with a safety measures for the children.You can rely on the full privacy and a comfort.
There is a possibility to hire private driver,guide and culinary chef. We pay special attention on hygiene,our housekeepers take care about it.Housekeeping is included in the price. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FOR A LONG TERM BOOKINGS ON A SPECIAL PRICE OFFER CONDITIONS. (We manage to host our guests even on a 1 year period ! )
2 beaches, one for the full enjoyment in nature, another for more active recreation “Saint Stephen” can be easily reached by slow walk.In addition, shop and great restaurants with an International cuisine. Another historical attraction and the Montenegrin center of an entertainment the city of Budva, can be reached by 15 min drive. Kitchens or kitchenettes offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Additionally, rooms include safes and coffee/tea makers. Housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

An outdoor pool and a spa tub are on site. Other recreational amenities include a sauna and a fitness center.
