Our one-bedroom apartment is located in Cherry Grove Beach district, just a walking distance from the beach.

It's perfectly located to explore the best of North Myrtle Beach, with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

The apartment is great for a perfect escape for both business and leisure travelers, whether for a long weekend or longer.

This apartment allows guests to bring a maximum of two pets.

The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Please note there is no glass allowed, children must be accompanied by an adult +18 and no pets are allowed in the pool area.

Disappointing on many levels

The location is fantastic, but the property owner is a group called Viagem, not an individual. I will never stay at a Viagem property again. From the moment we arrived it was obvious there would be challenges. The key pad to enter didn’t work properly. We were told then it had a low battery. It was never fixed, so we were never sure if the door would lock or not. The shower did not work well either. I texted for support immediately to the group owner and the local number every day of our stay. I even called VRBO support which did nothing to help. Thank goodness we had friends staying at a campground. I had a better shower there. The photos with the booking showed a lovely outdoor space. Upon arrival it was a trashed dirty mess!! This was one of the reasons I booked the location knowing the beach this time of year can be a bit chilly. The outdoor space was not usable.

Communication with the property owner was good. We were assigned to a unit where the bathroom sink wasn’t securely installed and the kitchen sink was leaking under the cabinet. The wall in the sink cabinet was moldy and cooking pots were stored under the sink. After two nights they let us move to a different unit. The second unit was better, but wouldn’t recommend this place.

Great Location

Quiet and convenient location. Some street noise. Across the street from the beach and one block from the pier. AGI mega grocery/multi-varity store a few blocks away. Room was nice and clean. Some sand on the floor but it's the beach. Broom and dust pan was provided. Comfortable bed with nice linens. Lighting could be improved such as living room lamps instead of just the ceiling fan light. We will book again.
