Cute and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfy home. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The outdoor area is just lovely and our kids enjoyed playing chess and lounging about. The house was very clean and we had plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood felt very safe and is conveniently located to many small shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future!

Perfect little house

We rented this house for a few days while in town for a wedding. It was awesome. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The fenced back yard was perfect for our sweet dogs when they had to go out. The fact that this house is pet friendly is a huge plus. It’s also in a great location close to restaurants. We hope to rent this place again when we come back to Birmingham.

Why they chose this property

Crestwood South is the lovely neighborhood I grew up in. It is rich with great people, and is incredibly located. It is centrally located next to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails and parks. It is located just minutes from Downton Birmingham, Avondale Entertainment District, Birmingham Shuttlesworth Airport, and Interstate 20. It is a peaceful oasis with easy access to the metro area!

What makes this property unique

Kings Court has been recently renovated and features fun colors, and experiences throughout the home. From the funky den to the color themed bedrooms this house radiates good vives. It is perfect for a family, business traveler, weekend getaway, or any traveler in the Birmingham area. The home is loaded with TVS, life size chess boards, Pac-Man, firepits, and a host of other amenities for our guests to enjoy!
