Clean, comfortable and relaxing

The location was ideal for our needs, and the unit itself is spacious, clean and comfortable. The living area gave us room to relax, to socialize and to eat together. The porch is small but offers a nice and relaxing place to sit. Having a full kitchen let us make meals on our own terms and our own schedule, and saved us from eating meals out during our time there. Our host was quick to respond to questions. The location is convenient to main roads, restaurants, grocery stores and many other businesses.

Positive remarks: Beds were comfortable Cons: approximately 14 stairs straight up, Pool was closed for repairs for well over 3 weeks. We had to pay twice to stay in a hotel to have access to a pool. We came from Ohio to enjoying the Florida weather not sit in an apartment. Lack of Communication with owner. A lot of unnecessary expensives!

Alright

The property worked for my family staying there for a soccer tournament at ESPN. Space was good and there is a very busy basketball/soccer area just outside of the door. Lots of night time noise from courts and neighboring apartments. Bedroom furniture was comfortable. Living and dinning area furniture was uncomfortable (sofas are small and not comfortable). Generally facility was alright. The apartment complex maintenance crew showed up twice as follow up to two work orders. One was for the dishwasher and the other the air conditioning. Both items worked but was disappointed that work orders were in for these submitted by the owner but never mentioned to me as the renter (disappointed that owner thought items were not working and failed to mention that to me prior to booking or arrival). Will not return.
