Such a wonderful place! I kept discovering more & more unique aspects & it was the perfect place to relax. Walked about 15 minutes into a cute area with lots of shops & food. Went to the local grocery store & Trafer Joes & cooked a delicious meal bc all the pots, pans, & spices/olive oil were already there. Def recommend!

The cottage was just perfect for my stay while visiting my daughter in Seattle. It was very eclectic and clean and I felt very safe. I hope to be back again and stay at this fun and comfortable cottage

Perfect cottage for our short stay near UW

The cottage is very cozy. The bed was comfortable. Lots of greenery in the garden outside….feels like you are not in a city. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We were able to find parking close by.

The pictures of this property on the Vrbo app are grossly outdated. The path leading around the house to the cottage is overgrown with weeds and littered with detritus. The deck hasn’t seen a coat of stain in years and the red awning over the door is completely faded and barely holding on. The bed is a small double bed, not a queen as advertised. As I was sitting on the deck having coffee this morning there were rats running along the pathway. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.It’s sad to see this place in such disrepair. I booked it because of the online pictures and the great reviews, but I’m unsure how those reviews came about.

Great location, with everything you need!

The location of this charming cottage couldn’t be better. Walk to bakeries and restaurants. On-street parking readily available, with a charming outdoor area. I have to especially give a shoutout to the kitchen, which had everything you’d need to make a meal, and the interesting, charming adornments around the rooms.

Unit had pervasive smell of urine & mildew. Contacted owner & she sent over a cleaner but smell lingered. Very cluttered property. Bed is NOT a queen …. A small double at best. Walkway to get to unit overgrown … looks like the house has been abandoned.Unit rules say no pets but there’s a cat/dog bed, bowls & toys in the kitchen.

Seattle hideaway

Very cute, quaint, unique place to stay with interesting decor and a lovely view from the top of a hill. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything is clearly labeled. We really enjoyed the wood fireplace! Parking seems tricky at first, but there's actually plenty of street parking. Neighborhood is very walkable with lots of good restaurants and shops. We recommend a trip to the cat cafe!

Beach house vibe🌞

Cute, clean, private, cozy, and Quiet! Great place to land while visiting. Close to the Zoo, Greenlake, and Fremont. Had a couple of cute critters drop in on the porch😂 This is just big enough for 2 people.

really enjoyed my stay

I was extremely comfortable during my stay. The place was as mentioned and the patio was beautiful. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. I love how the TV can slide out or nestle underneath the bar area. The only concerning thing is that you have to go up some worn stone steps and around the side yard to get there which may be a little precarious so I recommend using a phone flashlight at night. I hope to stay here again in the future!
