You will experience privacy on your own balcony with outdoor cooking and dining, while you take in views of the stunning Rocky Mountains.

Limitless and exciting activities await you in this beautiful playground we call "The Flathead Valley".

Grab the binoculars and glass the mountain, and if you’re lucky, you just might see the local herd of elk parade across the meadow below! After a full day of Glacier National Park adventures or hitting the slopes of Whitefish Mountain Resort, come home and have yourself a hot cup of tea on the balcony, while the alpenglow paints the mountains with fiery colors. When the day is done, snuggle into a comfy bed for a wonderful night’s sleep. Life just doesn't get any better than this...

Glacier National Park has implemented a ticketed entry system. For the 2023 season, in addition to your park pass, you will need a vehicle registration ticket in order to be able to enter the park between the hours of 6am and 3pm. Please check out the Glacier National Park website for more details and instructions on how to obtain the vehicle registration ticket. The dates the ticket entry system is in effect are as follows:

May 26 through September 10 - reservations are required for Going-to-the-Sun Road westside entrances and the North Fork from 6 am to 3 pm.

July 1 through September 10 - reservations are required for east side entrances including Many Glacier, Two Medicine, and Going-to-the-Sun Road from Rising Sun from 6 am to 3 pm.

Great Place - Good Views

Wonderful view! Very clean, easy to check in, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. We have a 1 year old and had to move the decorations so he didn’t mess with them but it was easy to do. Would definitely stay again! Drinking coffee on that porch with the mountains was so relaxing before hitting Glacier for hikes. Very nice hosts and they were responsive!

Amazing Stay

Everything about this stay was so incredible. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful, the house was beautiful and clean, and the views were stunning. We will definitely stay here again our next Montana trip!

Lovely place!

Bonni and Kindal were the most gracious hosts! We enjoyed staying in their beautiful and comfortable home with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. It was a perfect place to come back to and relax our trail weary bodies after being in the park which is a short drive away. We would highly recommend!

September stay at Rocky Mountain Balcony

We really enjoyed our time at Rocky Mountain Balcony! It was very clean and neat, with everything we needed for a few days of hiking at Glacier National Park. The location was wonderful - pretty close to Glacier as well as Columbia Falls, with only a short drive to Whitefish. Such a beautiful area and a beautiful view from our windows (other than the morning that we could see snow on the tops of the mountains! 😀). The property is gorgeous and Bonni’s flowers were so beautiful! We also enjoyed Columbia Falls - if you are looking for some upscale yet casual dining, definitely try Three Forks Grille - we went there multiple times. A great stay at Rocky Mountain Balcony!
