Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with an open concept floor plan introducing the living room flowing seamlessly to the kitchen and dining area. The space provides enough room for the family to stretch out, but also stay connected through conversation and meal times. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your next home-cooked meal, and the living room set for your next movie night.

Downstairs also has a half bathroom to save a quick trip upstairs, and in-unit washer/dryer easily accessible.

Located upstairs are three bedrooms each with a Queen bed. The primary suite has an attached bathroom with tub/shower combo and closet space. The additional two bedrooms also provide closet hanging space with a shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. The bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper for your stay.

Perfect Getaway

I was in town for a tennis tournament and found this place conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. After being around groups of people all day, it was great to be able to come back to a quiet, cozy environment. The home was clean, well furnished and well stocked in the kitchen. The open concept kitchen, dining and living space was large enough to accommodate many people and the seating was ample. The bedrooms were sized well and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Contact with the owners was easy. They were quick to answer all my questions. They were wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place!

We enjoyed out stay. The location was convenient, but the neighborhood was a little ‘iffy’. Houses to the side and behind were a little rundown. Once inside though, it was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Everything we needed was available—extra towels, washer/dryer with supplies, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers, welcome gift. The only suggestions we have are a larger coffee pot and enough coffee cups for at least 6 people.

Terrific rental near UNCW

Our stay was wonderful - everything was as promised in the rental description. Our hosts were even kind enough to decorate the front door for the UNCW graduation we were in town to celebrate. We would definitely return, and highly recommend this rental!
