Originally built in the 1920's by Charlie Chaplin for his artisans.
This spacious, furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome comes with 2 Queen beds, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds, plus 2 futon sofa sleepers in the living room. It is great for family and friends and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The Space
This is a peaceful non-smoking building. Great for short or long term stays.
Includes: Window A/C units in both bedrooms upstairs, Wi-Fi, Voice Controlled Amazon Firestick w/ Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)
I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, and soaps... etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)
PARKING: ONLY ONE Standard Size Parking Space! Assigned parking is provided to each guest. If you need additional spaces, there is free, public parking available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility.
Guest Access
I do not pass around keys for your safety. Once you provide me with an email address, I will send you an email from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.
Interaction with Guests
I like to give guests privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email.
