Large 4 bedroom house. Built in 1940's but updated with modern amenities & design. Many unique touches throughout, including full kitchen, driveway parking and yard with BBQ. Driving distance to Biltmore, Camelback Mtn, Sky Harbor Airport, Chase Field, Spring Training Stadiums (Angels, Cubs, Giants) ASU, Downtown, State Farm (Cardinal) stadium, restaurants etc.
Large house with lots of common space & private spaces as well. Perfect for group or family stays. Lots of copper and AZ touches and original artwork in the home.
Great historic neighborhood to take walks in. Close to great shopping.
Beautiful peaceful backyard with furniture, BBQ grill, fire pit and space to enjoy the amazing AZ winter weather.
