Newly build home from 2020, all furnished home with beautyrest mattress on guess room and premium mattress on master. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, open floor plan with new turf and pavers. Enjoy the 4 spacious rooms this house is giving, enjoy your movies with the 82 inch TV, space for an infant with a baby swing and baby bassinet. Enough space for your clothes, walking closet in the master room with a 55inch TV. Only 15-20 minutes away West Gate Entertainment, Desert Diamond Casino, baseball Spring Training, Cardinal Stadium and Downtown Phoenix. Community has it own small park, 10 minutes away from Estrella
Mountain Park to enjoy many hiking trails. If you are a racing fan, you will be only be 10 minutes away from Phoenix Internation Raceway. Other things to note
Sorry but no pets, no smoking, Cameras will be on only on the outside, ring bell is activated, you will have your own door code to get in. No parking on street overnight, you are welcome to use RV gate for extra parking.
