This house was perfect!!! So much fun to experience living in a mid-century modern environment! Home had absolutely everything you could ask for - wonderful amenities, comfort, impeccably decorated, cleanliness, location, views, amazing host, I could go on. You cannot miss with ModMansions!

We loved this home and would stay here again! Beautiful, resort-like pool area with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen was massive and lots of cooks could be in there at the same time. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. Best weekend getaway ever!

Amazing house and location

Visited for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time. Great layout of the house to accommodate a large group, pool is unbeatable with quintessential palm spring views, and neighborhood is quiet and very scenic.

Perfect Palm Springs Stay

From the initial inquiry to the day of check out we were impressed with everything! Excellent communication and top notch customer service. The home is absolutely perfect and very comfortable. The Las Palmas neighborhood is fun to stay in - we learned something new about the celebrity homes everyday we walked the neighborhood. This home is close to everything!

We booked this house to cekebrate our friends retiremen. It was the perfect size for our 8 person group.This house is so beautiful, spacious and quiet...just what we all needed after a long year. We enjoyed the amenities and private pool everyday. Already planning our return!

Fun house for family vacay

We had a great week at this property. Spacious, well-appointed, and great location. Dave, the property manager was super helpful. My family loved the lemon, orange and grapefruit trees in the backyard. Also, with a large group the 2 refrigerators, washer/dryers and dishwashers came in very handy!

Family time

This was a great house for the ten members of my family to just be together and enjoy each other. Great space to relax. Great pool to play in. Great location with good restaurants and coffee shops close by. David was very helpful and a text away to answer any questions we had. We’d love to return for another visit.
