The Gianna One Bedroom UPPER, close to Falls & Casino!

Come stay in our beautiful, completely remodeled one bedroom upper. We put in A LOT of work and we are so proud to share it with you! We are located on a quiet residential street. Niagara Falls Sate Park & Seneca Niagara Casino is a 6 minute drive. TONS of great restaurants close by. Hyde Park is a two minute walk out your front door. We will be available by text, to help with anything you need :)

The apartment was very clean, had secure entry to apartment, smelled nice, air conditioning working well, had extra blankets and a few extra times for the kitchen such as coffee. The apartment was about ten minutes to the falls as the host describes. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect for our needs

I brought my daughter out to the falls as a graduation present. The property was clean and perfectly located between anything you could possibly need or want to do in the area. We hit small local restaurants, bigger chain restaurants were minutes away, we didn’t go to Walmart but spent plenty of time at the Fashion Outlets. It was quite literally the perfect experience for taking a teenage girl out. 10/10 would totally stay again.

Why they chose this property

The Gianna is a one bedroom upper, with its own entrance. It is a wonderful cozy stay for two. Large kitchen with 2 seat table, double living room & dining room with tons of seating. It is VERY CLEAN!!

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will get FREE on street parking only steps away from the side door entrance, but please look at the chart to see which side of the street to park on. Hyde Park is a short walk away, along with laundry mat, and stores and restaurants. The Falls & Casino are a six minute ride :)
