Parkview Bay Hidden Gem! 3 Bdrm Walk-out Near the Best of 3 Pools, Dock, Fishing

Lake Ozark Vacation Destinations is pleased to present a hidden gem in the popular Parkview Bay condo complex! Here, we have a fantastic ground level, walk-out Three Bedroom Condominium nestled on the quiet corner of the complex... The unit provides a peaceful setting and privacy that aren't easy to find in a complex that can get as busy as this one. It's ground-level, end unit location makes it a breeze to get to the walking path that lead to the pool, fishing peninsula, and boat docks!

Inside, the condo offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The Master offers a comfortable King Bed with direct access to the Deck. The Second Bedroom has a Queen Bed and direct access to the shared bath. Finally, the Third Bedrrom includes TWO Full / Double Beds to accommodate 2 adults or up to 4 children. Altogether the condo accommodates 8 occupants with a maximum of 6 adults.

Outside, the Deck offers comfortable, cushioned seating overlooking the Lake with views of the State Park.

Our 12 x 30' to 16 x 38' Boat Slips are available for an additional fee. Each slip is in a covered boat dock with standard electrical service. Fresh water hoses are nearby and fish cleaning tables are also located on the docks for your use.

The State Park (Marina Grand Glaize) is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, Parkview Bay is on the 2 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm near the Grand Glaize Bridge! The Bridge is off the 19 MM of the Lake's main channel.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's just up the street! Be adventurous and Explore Bridal Cave, Hike one of the many State Park Trails, or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... Last, but not least, If you enjoy home décor shopping, it's a must to find Evergreen and Blair's Landing! You can even Ice-Skate at the Lake; Winter is beautiful here. There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round! If you can't decide on something, we are always happy to recommend our favorite restaurants both on and off the water.

Peaceful Place

Some teachers and I booked this place while we were attending a conference at Margaritaville. It was nice to have a quiet place to go at the end of a busy day with lots of people. Very relaxing and it was nice that all 4 of us had actual beds and not sleeper sofa like other places we checked. The deck was a nice place to relax, as were the reclining sofas. Everything was very clean and in good order. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location

My family came and stayed for a long weekend. It was a great location and beautiful views. We were able to fish in walking distance. Just a few small issues like the coffee maker didnt work, the lock code to get in was backwards and wouldnt lock and they could use upgraded beds but overall clean and was perfect for a family stay.

Quiet and Peaceful

Jason is great to work with. Only issue was getting tv ro work but who needs a tv. Pools are nice, docks are clean and well marked. It was a bit of a hike from our condo to our dock- boat slip. NO ROUGH WATER, which is super nice.

Great condo! Clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Nice patio. Loved having the washer and dryer! Wished boat slip was a little closer but it was nice that there wasn’t a lot of steps. Only negative was that the ice maker didn’t work.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
