The property is well located. It is nice but getting a little tired. The unit is complete but the furniture is not very comfortable.Overall pretty good.
We had a wonderful stay at The Guesthouse! The location is incredible, walking distance to so many great things. The home itself is spacious and beautiful, loved having 6 bathrooms!
The property is so cute, tucked back off the street but walkable to many shops, restaurants and bars. Very responsive host, clean, and great to work with.
Enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. The host had great communication. Would have liked easier to operate window covering. Never did find back shade that was supposed to be there. Appreciated that the host was able to supple an extra parking spot to accolade our three cars.12/26/2025
Great property! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, quiet enclave of homes off the street with private outdoor patio space for relaxing after a full day of fun in Charleston. Very walkable to King Street shopping, restaurants and charming historical neighborhoods. Five star find for our group of ladies who came for the famed Charleston Tennis Open!
I highly recommend this property! Brand new, clean, great location and walking distance to King Street. The customer service was excellent! We hope to be back!

Beautiful residence in prime location. This place offered everything we needed from comfortable living space, well laid out floor plan and fantastic location. We will likely stay here again.

Rented for my daughter’s weddding. Wedding was at a venue in King Street. Everything was weighing walking distance with great bars, shopping and restaurants in the area. Great location, amenity’s and comfort. Highly recommend!
This house was perfect for our family to enjoy a southern wedding! Immaculately clean! Well supplied. Easy check in and great communication with management team. We rented both floors of the house for 3 children and 7 adults. Spacious bedrooms and each with a beautiful, modern bathroom. Open living room/ kitchen with plenty of light. Very close to many restaurants. Walking distance to King St.
