About this property

The Property is located on the grounds of the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa (the "Omni" or the "Resort") in Carlsbad, California. The Resort is a luxury destination hotel known for its golf and tennis courses. It is located about forty (40) minutes drive north of downtown San Diego and the regional airport. The Villa is located approximately three (3) miles from Legoland, and two (2) miles from the Pacific Ocean and the beach.

Experience this villa and make your vacation special. The Resort has an award-winning spa, sparkling pools.. two (2) legendary championship golf courses, and seventeen (17) tennis courts. There are multiple dining options and restaurants.

The space:
The Villa is located on the grounds of the Omni, as such, you will need to check in at the Omni's front desk upon arriving. At check-in, you will be provided with a key-card to access many of the amenities. The front desk will also provide you with a QR code for free parking, near the Villa; as well as the WiFi passcodes.

The Villa was renovated in 2022, with new bedrooms floors, paint, and a new sofa bed. The Villa is large with a living room, two (2) King sized beds, a Queen sized pull out sofa bed, and two (2) fireplace. There are two (2) large bathrooms, with his and her dual sinks. The Villa has two (2) walk-in showers and two (2) bath tubs.

The has three (3) TVs, and two (2) desks.

The kitchen is equipped with: a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker. toaster, and washer and dryer. The Villa has central air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box. There are two (2) private, outdoor patios with living space for you to relax and enjoy. The patio lead straight into the jacuzzi/ pool area!!!

Guest access:
You will have access to the Spa, golf, tennis, restaurants, shops, and many other amenities. You have access the pools and jacuzzies near the Villa.

You have the option of adding daily maid service for an additional charge.

Other things to note:
After you book the Villa, the Omni will send out a confirmation number. You will receive this confirmation number prior to your arrival. When you check in, the Omni will collect a credit card for incidentals.

Your may order room service, movies, and charge restaurant/bar tabs to your room during your stay. Your credit card will be charged to cover these expenses upon your check-out.

Please note that the Property is a privately owned unit at the Omni. As such, the Property is not considered part of the Omni and does not come with full access to all of the Omni's amenities.

La Costa Resort and Spa, Omni Resort

Photos of the "villa" made the place look bigger than it really was. It wasn't very clean overall. It seems that in "fine print" access to the complete resort amenities was not included, access to just the small jacuzzi pool was the only amenity. It really wasn't what one would visualize where you use the word "Villa", it really was two hotel rooms with a small kitchenette and small sofa area with one of the rooms. No access to the resort room service, no access to housekeeping. So it wasn't the "villa" expected, nor was it a resort experience either.
