The residential area has a strict noise policy. The permitted hours for playing music at a volume no greater than 40 decibels are from 10am to 6pm. If the volume exceeds the allowed limit after this time, the security department will issue two cordial warnings. In the event of a third warning, guests will be asked to leave the property without a refund.

#1. No parties or events are allowed.
#2. If the property is left in very poor cleaning condition after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest would leave it. Examples include leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the containers, stains on the floor, dirty walls, etc. We will charge an additional fee of $180 USD.

#3. Local guests must communicate before booking.
#4. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. If not mentioned in the reservation, the rate for an additional guest will be charged.

#5. Infants, young children, and children are more than welcome, but each must be specified in your reservation.
#6. There can be no more than 8 people inside or on the property at any given time.
#7. Guests will respect and follow all community rules found within the house or on the property.
#8. You agree to be aware of and accept the following fees:
a) Smoking: $200 USD per day for smoking inside the apartment.
b) Late check-out: $20 USD if your check-out is not authorized for a late check-out.
c) Lost keys: $130 USD for replacement of keys and locks due to lost keys.

#9. Violation of house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.
#10. You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are unhappy with a decision made by Airbnb or the host in case of a violation of the host's rules.

#11. If the violation of house rules results in having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering resulting expenses.

#12. We do not allow pets. If a pet is found on the property, a fee of $100 USD will be charged.

#13. Any violation of the rules by the guest may result in eviction from the property.
