Brand New Luxury Condo Steps to the Beach

Welcome to Ocean Breeze at The Beach Club at Whalehead!!! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This newly-constructed luxury resort style community is located 1 minute away from a public beach access and just a few minutes drive from the 4-Wheel Drive area of Corolla. Enjoy the luxury of staying in a new condo with a wide variety of amenities including a community outdoor heated pool and cozy poolside cabanas.
Quaint and cozy, our one level, modern luxury condo is located directly across the street from the Currituck Lighthouse and literally steps from the beach. The condo has high ceilings, brand new appliances and fixtures. There are no stairs so just walk right in.
The open concept kitchen boasts a 10 foot counter with enough seating for your group to gather, prepare meals, play games and make memories.
Enjoy your family and friends in our spacious living area with a sectional couch which opens to a queen size bed. The master suite has a king bed, closet and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The additional bedroom has a king bed with access to a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Our condo comfortably sleeps six people. We have Wi-Fi and flat screen tvs in the living area and bedrooms. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet.
The kitchen comes fully equipped to include dishwasher, cookware, small appliances, Keurig and regular coffee pot. We will provide a starter kit of coffee pods, sugar, sweeteners, paper towels and TP. Linens, towels, shampoo and conditioner, body soap and hand soap are also included.

We have an outdoor shower, outdoor space to relax and gas BBQ. There is an attached outdoor walk-in closet for beach gear and storage. Our condo includes 4 beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and cooler. There is one assigned parking for the condo and additional visitors parking throughout the community.

Enjoy the large, community heated pool with poolside lounge deck and cabanas that you can rent for your stay. The pool is open from May to October. The cabanas come well equipped to include teak furniture, private tv, outdoor fridge and misting fan. Upon final completion, the community will boast a poolside hot tub, fitness center, pickleball court, taco restaurant and bar.
The community has multiple pergolas and picnic tables as well as firepits and benches throughout for our guests to enjoy and relax. There is a new playground in Historic Whalehead Park (across the street from Beach Club at Whalehead). We are a walking distance to restaurants and the Corolla Light Town Center. We are very close to great OBX attractions such as the 4X4 beach where you can watch the wild horses. **This complex is in the final phase of construction. The anticipated completion is Spring 2024. This unit is completed. The construction going on now is not near this unit but in the opposite end of the community. We want our guests to be safe so we ask that you do not enter any are where construction exists.
