The property was very easy to find (if you ignore Google, which tries to take you to the alley behind the building) and as described, parking was available right in front of the apartment unit.
There were no issues with entering the code provided by the host (who provided very detailed information in their pre-arrival message, which was greatly appreciated). We noted that there was adequate security camera coverage present on the property, which appeared to have a good view of the area in front of and around the unit. Inside, the living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were very clean and met our needs for our stay in the area.
There were printed rules in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom to make clear what expectations were of the guests who stayed here (which, again, I very much appreciated). Also, dishes and cookware (if needed) were available, as well as plenty of refrigerator space.
The unit itself was a comfortable stay in terms of amenities and space provided.
Here's the Caveat (and fortunately the only negative to our experience):
The neighborhood itself may not be for the faint of heart. I grew up in a similar neighborhood, as well as worked in them for most of my adult life. A local that we met a few miles away the next day warned us to be careful when she learned where we were staying (as she stated she was very familiar with the area).
If you keep good situational awareness, you'll be fine.
