Convenient location for Black Hills visit

Well maintained property excepting the lawn which badly needed a mowing! Comfortable beds and well furnished with all the linens & basics needed like shampoo, dish soap, Kuerig coffees, cooking oil, flour, etc. Considering the capacity is advertised as 8 persons, there should be more plates & silverware. Cookware items are quite small. Note that property is located about 300 yds from I-90 so you do hear semi-truck traffic 24/7– not terrible but certainly noticeable. Also, note this is a split-level house so you’re doing quite a few stairs. Overall, our party of 4 adults out to Rapid City for a family get together & some sightseeing drives found the property a reasonable lodging value.

Perfect! No other words to explain our stay there, we had no issues both rooms we’re comfortable as well as the home itself. Wedding Venue was just 10minutes away as well as downtown just about 20 minutes away. Close to family as well.

Recommend but could use some improvements

Communication was great. Keurig machine was nice. Decorations were great. Had enough towels and extra linens/pillows. Yard was unusable and neighborhood was a little sketchy. Nice they had soap, trash bags, washer/dryer & dishwasher. Could do a little better job cleaning. There was glass on the driveway, couldn’t use garage as pool table & sauna were in it. Need to put a dead bolt lock on the outside garage door as well as lock & deadbolt on door from garage to house. The bedrooms/bathrooms on two different floors was nice for our family. Overall, it was nice & fit our needs.

Rapid City Stay

Location is great for many attractions in the area . Thank goodness for the Kerig and cups as we love coffee .Kids loved the hot tub and pool table Beds were comfortable. Since we did all our own cooking it would have been helpful to have more pots and pans,pizza pan and strainer for pasta ….also wine opener ,Overall we enjoyed the stay while attending awesome Hills Alive Event . Thankyou Alexus
