Come enjoy a relaxing get away in our completely remodeled beach themed house, just minutes from all the best that Oceanside has to offer.
Experience a local coffee shop, try some hometown cuisine, or walk the pier - all within 1-2 miles from our home.

**This home shares a driveway with a house behind it.**

The kitchen is AMAZING. Lots of counter space and fully stocked with everything you`d need to cook during your stay.

We`ve included:

- Tea & Honey
- Blender
- Full knife set
- Mixing bowls
- Glass storage containers

Each room has it`s own beach theme.
The first bedroom has a queen with a desk if you`re wanting a workation.
The second bedroom can easily serve as kids` room with a bunk bed that includes a twin and two fulls.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back with a chair to sit and relax on.

Our smart TV includes access to Netflix & Disney+.
We`ve also got a few card games to enjoy.

*No AC installed. Cools well with ceiling fans and open windows.

This is a stand alone home with guest parking available in the front.
There is the opportunity for parking for additional cars on the street. Be sure to get a spot before 4pm.

Even though we have a contactless set up for check in, I really enjoy hosting and want to make sure that my guests’ stays are great. I’ve got all the notifications set to be available should I be needed.

Tucked in a few blocks from the main downtown road, Coast Hwy, our home is amongst a mix of older Oceanside homes and apartments and newly renovated properties.

Located less than 2 miles from the beach, pier, and downtown restaurants, this spot is a prime location for walking.
For public transit, this is walking distance to the Oceanside train station.
Access to I-5 freeway is also simple and easy, for those who want to explore other parts of North County San Diego

There are currently guests in the back house. We do request that access to that driveway is left clear.
We are also completing landscaping around the property, so there may be areas that appear unfinished.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
No parties or guests not included on the reservation without explicit permission from host. We have good relations with our neighbors and want to keep it that way!
No smoking, marajuana, vaping or e-cigarettes of any kind inside the house

Great property and good location near Oceanside beach and pier. We had two families, 4 adults and 4 kids and fit just perfect. They Offer chairs and beach toys and it was pretty well stocked for kitchen items such as pans and utensils. Would definitely stay here again, great communication with host.

Legoland and the Beach

Perfect location! 15 mins to Legoland and quick 6 blocks to Oceanside Beach and the Pier. Sand toys, beach chairs and 2 wave boards were available at the unit for beach fun.

Why they chose this property

The location of this property is perfect for a San Diego vacation. We are a moderate walk or short drive from the beach, but also close to the freeway for easy access to Legoands in Carlsbad or San Diego proper for other fun adventures.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in that we personally designed and redid this house with you in mind! We wanted it to be family friendly, cozy, and modern. I care a lot about cooking my own food, so we made sure the kitchen has everything you need. Additionally, we love being able to grill and hang outside, so we created beautiful space for you to relax and enjoy yourself under our trendy string lights. This property belonged to my grandparents who diligently took care of it as long as they could. They were some of the most generous, servant-hearted, and hospital people I've known. We hope to continue their legacy through what we've provided for you in fun and comfort in our space!
