When we checked in for our stay the air conditioning was off so it was warm and stuffy. I messaged the property manager and never heard back. When I open the door, my hand stuck to the backside because there was something sticky on the door, there was a used knife and crumbs on the counter and floor of the kitchen. The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. However when we came home from being out one night, hopefully the property manager came by to check on the air condition because the front door was left wide open.

I never ever heard from you and will disputing this review since I have proof of call logs and message threads. I wish you would have contacted me and I would have more than happily addressed your concerns. Thank you.
Was only two electric heaters and one did not work. The manger did go buy two more heaters. I was told to use the oven to warm the house. Around two in the morning power went off. Waited until 7 AM to contact property manager. She had us go outside and flip the breakers on the outside of the property multiple times still no power. She called back to let us know. There was a power box inside the house in the kitchen cabinet found the breaker flipped it and power came back on. After 30 minutes breaker shut off again this happened multiple times during our stay could not run the heaters or the fans in the bedroom at the same time no heat in the bathroom shower drain plugged water would not drain.

I wish you would’ve contacted me and not whoever told you to leave the oven open? I would like to know who told you that so that I can verify. It’s always best to contact me A Place To Stay Reservations so that I can ensure you have a proper stay. Thank you.
