MAJOR RENOVATIONS!! BRAND NEW KITCHEN AND 450 SQ FT DECK!! Stay in a beautiful 3500 sq ft home steps from Lake Granby and minutes from Grand Lake. Our home is a recreational hub for both summer and winter activities for all ages. With two kitchens, two driveways, and beds for up to 15 guests, this is a perfect place for family reunions or large groups. Bring your boats, RVs, and get ready to have an unforgettable mountain getaway.

The hot tub is broken. Do not use.

You will need a vehicle to access the property. The driveway entrance is on a steep hill. In the summer, any vehicle can access it fine, but mud or heavy snow will require 4 wheel drive. Given the uncertainty of conditions we do highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles and good tires in the non-summer months. The road and the driveways will be plowed after large snowfalls.

Everything was great, my family loved the place too. I hadn’t stayed at a place where they already had everything I would need on hand. If I had any concerns/questions the host responded quick. I will love to stay here if we ever visit again.

Great for large groups. Incredible views from huge deck

What a breath of fresh air this trip was! The check in process was simple. The place was clean and well equipped for our large group. An abundance of beds/rooms. Well stocked kitchen with any cooking item/utensil you could think of. The best part was probably the huge deck right off the kitchen/living room on the main floor - it looked new. The deck was great for morning coffees, all our meals, grilling, and just hanging out outside looking at the lake and mountains! We will definitely be coming back to this house and area.
