We had a wonderful stay , as did our 2 dogs . The cottage had everything we needed . The dogs loved the fenced in backyard . It was nice to be centrally located to all the spots we enjoy at the Cape . We loved our accommodations!
Perfect spot for us with our adult son and his dog. The fenced in yard was great for the dog. Extremely convenient to everything we needed on the Cape. Route 6 is right there. Check in was easy with the instructions we were provided. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels and a sponge for cleaning dishes along with a dishwasher. I was glad that I brought a countertop cloth for wiping things down because there wasn’t one, an easy fix for sure. I would definitely revisit this property.
My parents and I had a great stay. A lovely home, well decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for us and wonderful setting with fenced in yard for my dog. Location was convenient- quick drive to beaches and restaurants. We would stay here again!
We traveled with our 2 dogs and it was great having a fenced back yard!
House is very nice, clean and beds are comfortable! I had brought a foam topper as I’d heard from previous reviews that beds were hard but they were great!
Property was in excellent condition. Close to airline trail and close to dog park in Brewster. Great communication with host. Will definitely book again
My family had a fantastic week at this house in Harwich. We appreciated the very close proximity to a quiet pond and also to great parks and the bike path in Harwich. It is also a short drive to both bay beaches and the national seashore. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for walking.
The house had all we needed for a week's stay and was very comfortable. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and the sunroom. We were sad to leave!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week with our two dogs. The house was extremely welcoming and cozy, exactly what we had hoped for when staying at the Cape for the first time. The backyard was entirely fenced in which was very nice with the dogs, they had a private space to run around and have fun while we sat outside. The neighborhood was a cute place to walk around with plenty of trails, and multiple places to grab food under 10 minutes away. It was a wonderful experience and we would recommend this house to any couple or small family interested in staying on Cape Cod.
We were thoroughly impressed with Dimitry’s place! Everything u need is here down to the smallest details. The beds were great and the home is impeccably clean. From the location of the home u can doing anything on the Cape!
Thanks for having us!
The location of this property is ideal for anyone looking to get around the Cape. So close to exit 82 (Hwy 6) yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home is well appointed and clean. Most everything is there..just settle in. My only issue was the queen bed in the master...a bit too firm for my liking. Thank you D for hosting.
This comfortable house is ideal for a biking vacation. It is a short ride to the Cape Cod Bikeway. (If you’re on foot, walk to the circle at the end of Baker’s Drive and follow the woodsy path that takes you right to mile 4 on the bike trail.). The back yard has a shed for easy bike storage. It is entirely fenced in and is a great place for canine guests to run around.
Loved the place but the beds were like sleeping on cement slabs or bags of sand. I would love to come back but not with those beds.
Living room couch was not great.
Thank you for the opportunity to share this.
Great Location with Some Comfort Challenges for Larger Families
We recently stayed at this property and found several aspects we really enjoyed. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our dogs, and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower. The provided linens, towels, shampoo, and soap were great, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We especially appreciated the easy access to a new washer and dryer.
However, there were a few drawbacks. Although the property advertises that it sleeps 5, the house itself isn't very comfortable for that number of people. The dining area doesn't have enough seating for 5 to sit together, and the living room also lacks comfortable seating for 5. The biggest challenge was not having a full-size refrigerator, which made it difficult for a family of 5 who shopped and planned meals for the week. Additionally, the beds are a bit too firm for our taste.
Despite these issues, we would consider staying here again if some upgrades are made to make the home more comfortable for a family of 5 with three teenagers. The location is great, with the house being central to most of our favorite activities on the Cape.
