About this property

Copley’s Guest House on Lake Monomonac

A very unique, beautifully designed Belgium Farmhouse Guesthouse located above a garage on Lake Monomonac. You will have your own access to kayaks and a paddle board to enjoy everything the lake has to offer.
All seasons can be thoroughly enjoyed here; boating, fishing, swimming and other water sports in the summer, vibrant colors and crisp air of fall, in the winter enjoy iceskating and fishing, then end the day with a good book by the fireplace.
The space
This is an upstairs living space above a garage. Perfect size for a couples getaway or even a small family! One bedroom with a King size bed, a full bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer. Full kitchen with everything you need to make up a meal for your loved ones or friend. Enjoy sitting on the couch with the warmth of a fire place and watch tv or look out the window for a beautiful view of Lake Monomonac. Couch pulls out to a double bed for more sleeping accommodations.
Rail trails in both MA and NH are right down the road to hike, bike, cross-country ski or snowmobile. Wachusett Mountain has beautiful skiing and is only 20 minutes away. Mount Monadnock - the most hiked mountain in the US is only 20 minutes away. Lots of small historic New England towns that are fun to explore such as Peterborough and Keene. Farm stands, local farms with home made ice cream or pick your own berries, apples or flowers. Quaint shops that support local vendors.

Amazing

This place is so beautiful and clean. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into the place. The view is incredible! Plenty of room and so cute! There is a pull out couch as well so you could stay with a few people. We will definitely be coming back!
