Downstairs:
Study room(with door)
We set up an adjustable electric standing / sitting desk for family members who need to work/study for a long time. Twin size daybed with pull trundle bed in this room could be use as a small kids room.

Living room
Indulge in a 55inch smart TV, 3 section sofa and a sofa chair with a modern mat to match our design. The interior designer wanted to create a family gathering environment where people gather together and share laughters. There is also a foosball soccer table, golfing game, magnetic dart board setting up in this space.

Dining room
We set up new 42inch round table with 4 chairs (although there is enough space for 6 chairs if you want). We have a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, such that you can wake up with a single cup of coffee or make coffee for whole family up to 12 cups.
We also provide board games and a big poker set so that family can enjoy game time together.

Kitchen
Our big Kitchen has lots of cabinets, a pantry, a refrigerator, electric stove range, dishwasher, and microwave.

A full-bathroom also located downstairs too.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom is fairly large with a walking closet. It comes with a queen size bed with really comfortable 12 inch cold gel memory mattress where you can enjoy your good sleep. It also comes with an office table with mirror that could used as lady’s vanity mirror.
All with newly remodeled master bathroom in the master suite.

Bedroom 1
Queen size bed with 10 inch cold gel memory mattress, with an office table set up. Big closet.

Bedroom 2
Queen size bed with 12 inch mid-firm cold mattress, with an office table set up. Big closet.

Another full bathroom located upstairs in the hallway, and a laundry room with electricity washer and dryer upstairs too.

Baby friendly
Our amazing house is perfect for families with young children, it is an infant and baby friendly place. We provide a foldable crib, highchair, baby cups and utensils, milk and wipe warmers. Please contact us for a list of baby items that we offer for your stay.
Two infant for each stay are free! Please tell us before you bring an infant baby to stay in the house, as we would like to put extra blankets on our sofas for extra baby protection!
We do NOT provide infants bedding for crib because of safety reasons.

Parking
Only allowed park in front of 1017 unit side drive way, limited parking 2 cars.
No street parking, no grass parking.

Wi-Fi
We provide 1GBs internet speed for free.

TV
We have 55inch smart TV in living room, equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus+, ESPN all provided free and all set up.

Bedding
For beds, we provide high quality mattresses and really comfortable luxury white linens and White Down 650 Fill Power comforters for you. With two queens beds cool memory gel mattresses brown leather queen bed and study room daybed with medium-firm mattresses, you are sure to find your perfect bed. Choose the mattress you like, and enjoy full relaxation when you sleep and wake up refreshed. It’s home away from home.

The Land
This duplex offers a unique city escape experience, backyard next to big forest area, our backyard no fence⚠️
Our guest only can use 1017 unit side backyard and front parking space( do not park our next door unit drive way⚠️)
The next door unit we have long-term tenants, which is not open for our guests，do not disturb them.

Guest number
This house allowed 6 adults and 2 more kids sleep in （Under 2 years old baby are free, allow 2 babies per stay).
We hope all our guest can keep this environment quiet and serene as a city escape area. Total guest count may not exceed the number specified on the booking.
If the guest count changes, please notify me prior to check-in and update the booking accordingly. We want all our guests in your group to feel welcomed.
Our default setup is for 6 people, each additional guest is $29 per night.(Outside visitors even though they don’t stay over night still count as our guest, total guest number no more than 8)
We hope every guest sleep in a real and comfortable bed like at home, so we can’t host more than 6 adults.

Our property rental rules:
This property is owned and maintained by our small family business:Dream Dream Home LLC(DDH)

1.Any kind of smoke is NOT allowed inside and outside the house. An additional deep clean fee of $500 will be assessed, if smoking occurs in the house.

2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest, count in our guest number, total no more than 8 people . Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.($29 extra guest fees after 6 guest)

3.DDH and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. DDH and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4.Pets are NOT allowed.

5.Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the left side of the property. All garbage throughout property should be disposed of in a dumpster. Every customer will stay Monday night. Please pull garbage bins next to the street, city pick up every Tuesday early morning.

6.Backyard Area:Our backyard next to woods area, lots of natural exploration. We do not have fence backyard, parents pay attention always watch out for your kids.
ANY AND ALL TYPES OF RECREATION ON OR AROUND PROPERTY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7.Street parking is NOT allowed in this property.NOT allowed parking on our grass. Whole group parking up to 2 cars.
(Only can park in front of 1017 unit side driveway)

8.WE ARE NOT PARTY HOUSE!!! NOT WELCOME PARTY IN OUR PROPERTY!!!WILL ASKING LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO ANY REFUND(Also will asking $500 for extra service fees and clean fees）

9.SECURITY CAMERA DEVICES ON PREMISE:
1 camera at the front door, face to driveway, ON 24/7 and recording when motion detect.
1 camera next on top outside back door，face to back yard, ON 24/7 and recording when motion detect.

We are open to month to month or long-terms rentals.
Monthly rental fees start from $2499 with a minimum 12 month lease(Tenants pay utilities)
