The Palms Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before check-in at 4pm.

Location was great for the beach and local restaurants. The room was in a great location with small children and pool toys, access to the beach was close and simple to get to. Only drawback was you can only park two cars. With both my kids families, and my wife and I, we were coming from multiple locations so we needed to drive three vehicles. Offsite parking was overlooked and not expected. Overall it is a great place and we hope to return again next year.

Overall good experience

Didn’t have hot water after the second shower. Dryer - heating element has to be going out. Had to dry each batch of clothes a minimum of 2-3 times for everything to be dry. No Tupperware stocked to hold any leftovers.

False advertisement. If you say you have designated smoking areas, you should have them. Not a space between walls that you step off next to traffic. Floors were nasty. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week is not good for business Parking passes, two per room is good, but not if you can’t park, due to no place to park
