Overall fine with a few hiccups
This was a great space and location. Cute rooms and plenty of space for our group of 10. There were many things that were run down/worn which is understandable, I was just worried we’d get blamed for them (which we didn’t, so phew!)
I really struggled with their policy about what they provide. Like, is it that costly to put an extra TP in the bathrooms? They only left ONE of almost EVERYTHING in a space meant for ten people, and the TP wasn’t even new rolls so we ran out immediately. One laundry pod, one dishwasher pod, etc. but we’re supposed to clean up after ten for a week with that?
My biggest complaint is that we were unable to check-in until evening. They were working on the AC. This was so hard because we had a red eye and flew in at 6am, so by the time it was 12-14 hrs later, we were absolutely dead on our feet. I’m very glad they fixed it but they didn’t offer any kind of compensation or make up for it in any way.
