Great spot. Very convenient

This is a great property. It has a lot of character. It's a classic house with a lot of touches. The 12 in crown molding was really nice. Lots of room. The upstairs rooms especially are really nice. It's also helpful that the previous guests have left some condiments to go worh all of the dishes and utensils you would need. We were able to cook large meals here like we were at home. But it's only a short walk or uber to tons of restaurants in the area. VAL, our contact was great. Very attentive. We had a cell number to call and she was quick with a response when we had questions.

House met all of our needs!

This house met all of our needs for the weekend. We had 9 guys on a trip for the weekend and the house worked great. Close proximity to the beach/bars/downtown ft lauderdale. About 15 minutes from the airport as well. The cornhole outside was great along with the pool table inside. The inside bar was neat, too. Allowed us to a good time while having some downtime from other activities in the area. Property management communicated with us leading up to our stay to make sure we had all the information needed. There was no toiletries in the house when we arrived (granted we checked in a couple hours early) but the property management brought some by later in the day for us which was nice. When we requested the pool to be cleaned they had someone come out and clean the pool and the process was quick and easy. One of the upstairs showers doesnt drain very well and probably needs to be worked on but it didnt bother us too much. Overall would recommend this place for anyone spending the weekend in ft lauderdale.

Great all around

Great house in a great location. House is just as the pictures show. Well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Easy check in and check out. Publix grocery a few miles away. Beach less than a mile away, but still drove to it because of the bridge. Easy parking by the beach.

Very cool house In a very clean and beautiful area. Backyard is wicked and can have a blast out there and the mater bedroom upstairs and bathroom and massive.
