From the sitting room terrace you see rural views that include a tidal pond and the hills beyond.
Our situation is ideal for those looking for an out of town secluded position however, only 1Km from Lagos and all it has to offer.

The space
Enter through our secure electric gates and park in the ample free parking next to the apartment.
Use your own private entrance to the ground floor apartment, you will enter into a large spacious open plan kitchen/ living and dining area leading to a sunny patio that benefits form the afternoon sun.
There is a well equipped modern Kitchen with views overlooking the local rural countryside.
The large bright bedroom has a Queen bed with luxury linen. With blackout curtains and shutters should you require.
This apartment is an ideal place to base yourself in your holiday before you set off for the day to Lagos or other Local towns and beaches.
Guest access
We are in a flat valley 1KM from Lagos, you can walk to Lagos however there is no pavement so you have to walk on the large hard shoulder. its an easy walk, we walk it often.
There is a Bus top for the Local bus service Onde that will take you to the surrounding 20Km area for a 6 Euro ticket.
There are plenty of Taxis that we have the number for and there is a large taxi rank in the middle of Lagos.
Parking in Lagos town you usually have to pay for however, the Parking does get full quickly in the summer months. Free parking can be found on the outskirts of Lagos , we can advise on this also the Beaches have mostly free parking close to them.
Other things to note
As the Grey House picture shows, we can accommodate large vehicles such as RV’s, Motor homes and cars with trailers.
We are keen walkers and have a good knowledge of walks from our property and the surrounding area.
