Nestled in a safe neighborhood, our home has everything you need for your getaway. Our kitchen is perfect for cooking a family dinner or a romantic dinner for two. Our back patio/deck is great for grilling under the string lights. We have an extensive album collection to play on the record player . We welcome all guests to experience the hiking trails in our immediate area, Violet Crown Trail is walking distance from our home. We are close to all fun things that Austin offers, go see the bats under Congress bridge, go paddle boarding on Lady Bird Lake, or take a dip in Barton Springs Pool.

We have lived in this home for 7 years and love our location! It is easy to get anywhere and for not living in downtown, we are just a hop, skip away from all good things Austin offers. We love seeing live music, dining out, cooking, cocktails on our deck, and traveling!
Why they chose this property
We think our home is cozy and lit with lamps in every corner! We like having a glass of wine and listen to a good album before we hit the town! If you are active, we have biking and hiking trails all around us. We live down the street from Whole Foods and we have two HEB grocery stores within 3 miles.
