Perfect for couples or small families, this Orange Beach retreat provides everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

Step inside to find a beautifully decorated space filled with natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine on the private balcony, where you can soak in the sun and gentle Gulf breezes. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or quick snacks when you're not out exploring local restaurants.

The primary bedroom offers direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. The complex consists of five buildings, with the first digit of each room number matching its building number for easy navigation.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. Pure bliss

This room was perfect for my husband 1 yr old and I. The kitchen is decently stocked and the room is pretty spacious. We loved being right on the beach with a pool to cool off. The views are amazing from the 8th floor and the property is well maintained.

Great location on the beach. Comfortably furnished. A couple minor items needed attention and management company was responsive. Internet security was poor. Overall, we were very happy with the facility and the convenient access to the beach.

A Small Slice of Paradise

The grounds were pretty and well-taken care of. The condo was small but totally adequate for my sister and I. Everything was perfect as far as the view, the balcony, the kitchen was well-stocked. The condo was nicely decorated and we felt we were staying in a small, luxury condo. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was tiny but adequate and the shower was lovely. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation! Oh, and the walk to the beach was one of the shorter ones and we enjoyed the pool as well.

Overall ok!

Overall the property was fine. I felt that some of the corners were slightly dirty and there was a large ball of hair left in the bathroom- but nothing I couldn't deal with.

Great view and nice place

The Bathroom toilet area is small. So if you are a large person, like me, it makes it hard to fit in. The condo room we stayed in is old and needs some updates. Otherwise, it was a nice place with a great view.

Keep it clean

Silverware was very dirty. If you are looking out at the beach it looked like there was a camera in the corner of the room. Also had to pay for parking and didn’t know about that.

The condo has a great view. HVAC and ceiling fans are loud in the bedroom. Furniture is dated/ugly. The sofa is terrible to sit on without sticking to the plastic. Kitchen drawers stay open. Unaccommodating Owners

We’d bookies this property for a quick getaway. Unfortunately my husband became I’ll and has to be hospitalized the day before we were to leave. We were told to contact the property owners to see if we could change the dates. We were told that we could not change their dates as it was too late. We asked them to allow us to come during a time of their choice and we still denied. We’ve lost our money and an opportunity to get away. Be careful when booking with Beachball Properties!

We were sorry to hear about your husband’s sudden illness and please know you have our sympathy. I have reviewed your statements with our staff and it appears that we could not change your reservation to any dates you requested due to prior bookings. None of our staff remember you stating that you would accept any dates available and there is nothing in our call logs that reflect your request. I want to take this opportunity to remind you, as our staff did, that you were presented the option of purchasing travel insurance on at least four occasions and you refused to take advantage of this offer to protect your vacation investment. This coverage is designed to protect travelers from such unforeseen circumstances as you experienced. We wish you and your husband well and hope you are able to vacation in the future.
