Private Home - Walk To Beach - Games & Firepit - Family Friendly

Our bright, inviting, and recently updated home is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just steps to both the Inter-coastal Waterway and scenic walkover to the beach. You’ll be a short distance to all the local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, parks, and beaches (under 5 min drive). The house is also a quick drive (15 mins) to Southport where you’ll find more restaurants and shops as well as ferries to Bald Head Island and Fort Fisher. Come enjoy the beach at our home!

The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7. Bedrooms and living spaces are all on one level of this ranch house. Home also features a secluded, fenced-in backyard. We have a travel crib available to families with young children.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom - queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. This room is also perfect for remote work as it boasts a desk, monitor and USB-C hub.

Bedroom 2 - queen size bed

Bedroom 3 - twin over full size bunk bed

There's also a pack and play available in the house.

Living Room:

The living room has plenty of seating with two couches, a chair and comfortable ottoman. Enjoy the 50" smart TV. There's plenty side and coffee table space.

Kitchen and Dining:

The fully fitted kitchen has all the equipment you need to prepare meals. There's a stovetop and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker.

Off the kitchen is a small dining area with a table and chairs.

Bathrooms:

The home has two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a toilet and shower and tub. This bathroom also has a washer and dryer tucked away in the closet.

The second bathroom has a toilet and standup shower is connected to the master bedroom.

Outdoor:

Off the side of the house is a small patio with a charcoal grill and chairs. The backyard boasts a fire pit, hammock, chairs and plenty of space for games and activities.

There's also a storage closet accessible from outside with plenty of outdoor games and beach gear that guests are free to use.

The home is located close the scenic walkover and a short walk or quick ride to the beach.

Family getaway!

The house was very clean when we arrived. We loved how kid friendly the house was. My daughter enjoyed playing with all of the toys that was there. We also used the travel crib that was at the house and it was great (one less thing to have to pack.) We loved all of the beach gear including the wagon, that was extremely helpful. The backyard was so cute and a great spot for family to hang out. Over all, it was a wonderful vacation and I don’t have any bad things to say! Would definitely come back again.

Great stay in Oak Island

Wonderful stay!!! Property was clean, well-supplied, beautifully decorated. A big yard with firepit, horse-shoe/cornhole/ play sand area and hammock. With-in walking distance to the beach with plenty of beach chairs, towels, and other beach supplies available for use. Chris was more than accommodating with any questions or concerns. Looking forward to our next stay here in Oak Island.

Girls trip

Comfortable space for a family trip. Very responsive to requests. Great location with a nice outdoor area that is fenced in. Overall, we would stay again!
