I fell in love with vaulted ceilings the first time I ever saw them and always liked this dramatic floor plan. I sold it brand new, to be built, to the original owners and then bought it when they left town about 27 years later. The locaton is great for access to so many things so its perfect for visitors to have a launch pad for Colorado activities or just their own cozy home while visiting family, attending functions or whatever else brought them to the area.

I think the pictures show many benefits of the home. The sun room and yard and front and back decks are great bonsues in the spring, summer & fall seasons. The hot tub is great year round, just note its a small two person tub. The fireplace area at the end of the living room is wonderful for warming up, reading a book in winter (or summer without the fire going), or being mesmerized by glowing embers and flames in the unit. This little fireplace will warm the room enough you need to turn it off eventally, except maybe the coldest days of winter. The bedroom setup, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement suite gives great separation with the basement suite quiet and far removed from the other two bedrooms. Perfect to create some distance or let a teen or another couple have their total own space. Upstairs does have a shared bathroom, with one hall entrance door and another entrance door private to the main bedroom. Home does not have an indoor tub, only showers. An information book is provided for how to use various items in the home. Visitors can pick their own four digit code for access to the home during their stay. Wonderful shopping areas like the Orchard Shopping Center, the Northglenn Marketplace, Thornton Factory Outlet Mall, and the Flatirons traditional indoor mall are all close or not that far. Endless restaurants are nearby every direction. Boondocks Fun Center is about a five minute drive, great for kids, plus bowling. The Highline canal trail, offering endless miles of trails for bikers or walkers is only four blocks south. Also, for a moderately long walk or short drive, one can go to E.B. Rains park, Northglenns premier park, with ponds, playgrounds, skate park, and even paddleboat rentals in summers. Most things do require a car, even if close. The only things walkable are the marijuana store about a block away (I haven't been there) and a super popular Mexican restaurant, liquor store and covenience store all about 3 blocks away.
