The Space:
Enter through the historic front entry of the 1849 Cpt. Ingraham to the master staircase. At the top of the stairs, you will find two units that together provide 2.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed and two sofa beds with additional sleeping for 4 guests. Additionally, this listing allows for 4 off street parking spaces.

UNIT ONE: One Queen Bedroom w/ full couch bed (4 guests)

The first unit is on the second floor and to the right of the home. It features black and white accents and newly remodeled space. Step into a living room and well equipped kitchen space with high end appliances. The bathroom features a classic black and white mosaic floor and subway tile with duel rainfall and adjustable shower heads. It also features a grohe smart control. A stacked LG ThinQ washer/dryer finishes the space.

UNIT TWO: 3 Queen Bedrooms w/ Queen sofa bed (8 guests)

The second unit, features navy blue accents, skylights, historic brick walls, and wood beamed bedrooms. It encompasses the left side of the second floor and the entire third floor. The unit features a large living room with sectional. A bar table has seating for 8 and flows into a kitchen space with high end appliances and a half bath. Off of the kitchen is a private office space with queen pull out sofa and desk.

Up a second set of stairs, you will find 3 bedrooms and the full bath. All beds are queen and have plenty of hanging and storage space. The full bath features a skylight, dual vanity, full/shower and washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
There is a common foyer and this listing reserves the entire 2nd and 3rd floors.

Located on Park St in Portland's West End, the property is surrounded by historic homes and brick sidewalks. The Old Port is just 10 minutes away as well as Congress St and the Arts District within a few blocks.

Getting Around:
Portland is best explored on foot. All of the best restaurants and attractions are within a 10-15 minute walk. Ubers are available.

Portland Beauty
This is a great property, located in town but away from the hubbub. The host is wonderful, very responsive once we got some VRBO website/app issues ironed out (I blame VRBO). We rented 2 units upstairs which were more than enough room for 4 couples and a baby. Units were pristine clean, both had washer/dryer/dishwasher and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would book again in a heartbeat.
