Entire house! Lovely 2BR,1BA bungalow. Enjoy a private vacation in our beautiful, remodeled 1924 bungalow. Super location. No sharing of space. Leave your car here & walk to downtown events, restaurants, & grocery store in 5-10 minutes! The house has all you need for a relaxing stay - comfortable furnishings, including antiques, Roku TV in living room & master bedroom. Full kitchen, all dishes, pans, linens, laundry room with new washer & dryer. Stylish, new bathroom with marble shower. Chill out on our screened front porch after a busy day of sight-seeing. The backyard has a deck with dining table & chairs, BBQ grill, & screened gazebo with lounge chairs. Front & back driveway for parking, large, partially fenced yard. Beautiful Florida landscaping with lush, green grass.

Spotless house with a charming art deco vibe. Publix supermarket two blocks away. Downtown is a little over a mile away with intermittent free trollies servicing the main road.It is an older house so any tenants will hear outside traffic, but the location is worth it.

Awsome Home a Classic 1925 Restored

Had a wonderful stay in an amazingly Clean, Safe, Quiet, home with Beautiful antique furniture but has all your modern amenities and all the little things that you need . I would definitely stay at Cleo's home again.

Great accommodations in Fort Myers!

This clean, restored cottage was a great choice for our month-long stay in Fort Myers. We really appreciated all the amenities, but especially nice were the updated appliances, reliable wireless Internet, comfortable master bed, screened-in front porch, and that our gracious hosts who live right across the street promptly resolved a plumbing issue experienced early in our stay. The location was perfect with walkable streets to downtown and Publix just a block away.

Quaint Bungalow!

Great communication with the owner and easy check-in and check-out. She left some beautiful flowers for us to celebrate our 30yr wedding anniversary. Space was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the screened front porch. The bungalow is a 10-15 minute walk to the River District shops and restaurants, which we enjoyed. Other option is taking an Uber 8 each way which is well worth the convenience. Publix and a local brewery, Coastal Dayz, can easily be walked to. We will be back to stay!

Wonderful house close to river district downtown

The stay was great. Water pressure was a bit low, but it's an old house and that is to be expected. The homeowner also came right in the house after we checked in without notice which was alarming at first as she was just inside. Check in was 3pm and we did show up about 10 minutes early. They live across the street. Bring coffee as there's everything to make coffee but no coffee. Overall a lovely house.
