Summer in Portland
2-story home in Jennings Lodge (S.Milwaukie) neighborhood, available for rent between June 27-August 1st. Approx. 12 miles south of downtown Portland. Easy drive into the city, no major highways needed. Light rail access (with parking) only 4 miles north. Quick convenient ride to access the city. Several bike routes along River Road, the Trolley Trail, and the Springwater Corridor. Willamette & Clackamas River access in proximity. Many green parks, river corridor walks and community playgrounds in the vicinity.
Our 1962 home includes a master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with full/queen beds and full bathroom. Additional half bath downstairs. Fully furnished. Finished basement with additional queen sofa bed, king bed, and exercise equipment (erg, bike, weights). Mini Split A/C units in living room and master bedroom. Fans also available. Wrap around deck to gated landscaped backyard. 2 car garage. You may have access to one side for equipment/parking. Xfinity Wifi, Smart TV programs and Roku available. No landline.
We are asking tenant to water plants with sprinkler system and occasionally mow the lawn as needed. 3 mature blueberry shrubs for your consumption.
Ideally four-week rental. $2000 (includes utilities for entire length) + refundable security deposit. NO pets. No smoking. 120 V EV charging.
