Great location and easy with a family

This place is beautiful! Great location with amazing views of the slopes and close to downtown. Very easy with a family. The farmhouse kitchen is super cute and the newly renovated bathroom is great. Brian is easy to get in touch with and very knowledgable about Breck. We will be back!

An excellent ski vacation

I stayed at Brian's place for a few weeks, and it was lovely. The space is extremely cozy, and the kitchen is well appointed. The location is fantastic- a 5 minute drive from Breck with a spectacular view of the mountain. There is national forest abutting the property, so plenty of space to take my dog out for runs without having to drive. Brian is an excellent host, super communicative and conscientious. He's a ski patroller at the mountain, and even met up with me for a few runs on the t-bar. It was a blast! All in all I highly recommend Brian's place. I will be back!

JoDee and Pallis awesome adventure

Love love love this place. Roomy and very cute along with well equipped. Also loved gaining a wood burning stove in the living room/den. . We stayed for about 5 weeks. The host was always attentive. To many great things to talk about on this write up. The best part of the stay—- the proximity to Breckenridge and the fantastic views of the ski resort!

Look no further. It's a perfect place!

We spent a month at Brian’s place. This perhaps is one of the best places we have ever stayed at. From the moment we got there we felt like we are at home (and we truly never got home sick). Brian is very welcoming and outgoing. He would go out of his way to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The apartment itself is very spacious and offers everything one may need. The desk in the leaving room was perfect for working; at the same time there was plenty of space for our kid to play around. The fireplace creates warm and mountain-like mood (and of course you are in the Rookies 😊). Oh, my god, if you are a sports fan, the TV is huge! The bathroom is renovated and well-stocked. During our stay we got to meet some of Brian’s friends and family as they were visiting for the holidays. Not surprising they are as nice and easy going as Brian. Overall, we had great time and would like to go back (tomorrow if possible 😊). Petar & Iva

I'm a ski patroller at Breckenridge and also run my own Digital Health consulting company. This just means I love (!) and know the area pretty well. I also work from home much of the summer unless I'm on some adventure or working from a local nearby coffee shop. For three years, I lived on the road, out of VRBO/etc., and in tents while working remotely from the Rocky Mountains throughout CO/Wyoming and Montana. But now, I'm settling here in Breckenridge and absolutely loving it! All to say, I'm an expert short term "liver" but new to being on the other side as a "host". So, please work with me as I figure out how to make your stay a great one. I live in the place upstairs and often have family and friends come stay, as I love sharing the space with anyone that's respectful and a lover of our outdoors. I also prioritize local folks looking for help on housing while they figure out something longer term, so let me know your story! Would love to help.
