California beach living! Located on the Marina del Rey Peninsula, this charming fully furnished one bedroom apartment comes fully stocked with all utilities included. Located on a walk street just steps from the beach, the perfect setting to enjoy L.A's famous beach life! Take in the sunset with a brisk walk along the Marina channel, a short bike ride to Venice Beach or Santa Monica, rent a paddle board, play beach volleyball nearby, or simply relax on the beach.

Cali-Beach-Studios is located in a quiet and quaint beach community called Marina del Rey Peninsula, it is conveniently located with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. And only a ten minute bike ride (20 min walk) to busy Venice Beach or additional 15 minute to Santa Monica.

Experience true Cali life at its best! Just a few steps to the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with ocean views overlooking the green and lush garden below. Relax in the enclosed front yard with outdoor couch, lounge chairs, BBQ and fire-pit table.

We offer a comfortable king size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Window A/C-unit in bedroom and kitchen, coffee makers, high speed WIFI and large Oled smart-TV with Sonos sound-bar. The sleeper sofa has a comfortable full size mattress. Parking and utilities are included. Outdoor space and laundry room also available. We will provide cooler, bikes, umbrella and beach chairs for our guests.
