4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house waterfront on Greenwood Lake. Home is nestled on the easterly shoreline directly in the center of the lake. Some of the things the home includes are a 8 person hot tub, 30 foot boat dock, paddle boards and a canoe.Greenwood Lake pontoon boat rentals is also within walking distance up the street.

The main level has a dining area located right off the kitchen with full bathroom including laundry. Sliding glass door will lead you out to the wrap around deck with outside seating and dining table.

Lower level has a living room including an inside / outside bar. There is also a kitchen / wet bar area just off the living room that includes a second refrigerator and ice maker. Sliding door on the living room level will lead you out to a patio located under the deck which has a the hot tub and flat rear yard.

The home is located perfectly in the center of the lake by the NY / NJ border. Its only 10 minutes driving distance from Greenwood Lake village or West Milford Town center. The village of Warwick is only 15 minutes away. 30 minutes away and you could be at Mountain Creeks water park and ski area.

Beautiful lake view

The property was nice and comfortable. The lake view and access was great! The communication with and responsiveness of Jay was superb. He was very accommodating as well. The only issue is that there are an excessive amount of bugs around the property, which I assume is part of being on a lake. All in all was a really great stay.

wonderful week at the lake

Jay's house was exactly as described. Perfect location on the lake. Plenty of room for our family and friends. The house had everything we needed including toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, sheets, towels, yard games. Jay was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Definitely plan to be back!
