30 Minutes from State College rest The Hartman Lodge at Hartman Center Campground.
The lodge has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with a max sleeping capacity of 48 all under one roof.
(DOES NOT INCLUDE PILLOWS AND DUVETS)

The space
Each bedroom has 1 full size bed and 4 twin size beds as well as a full bathroom attached to each one. With a total of 8 bedrooms the recommended max sleeping capacity is 48 people (Pets allowed under 35 pounds). The Hartman Lodge also comes with a very large 39'x22' common area and a 25'x17 covered porch looking into the wood line for privacy. It also has a full kitchen and dining area.

Guest access
Located on 155+ acers of private property walk out the back door and hike the trails, go fishing in the pond, swim in the pool, or enjoy any of the various games throughout the property. We can accommodate parking at the lodge for 6 cars, additional cars will need to be parked away from the building next to the pavilion.

Other things to note
-Smart TV in the great room

-Bottom fitted sheets are provided on all beds you will need to bring all other linens

-Private Hot Tub

-Public pool available for use from 11am to dusk.

-Other amenities included: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap.

-House Rules

- Only the person that booked the reservation will be allowed to check-in and they must have a valid working phone number. Guest who books the property must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

-Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. During quiet hours there is to be no loud music or any other type of disturbances that could disrupt other campground guests while they are sleeping. If quiet hours are not followed you will be required to leave the campground.

- Maximum number of guests is 48 staying in the Lodge.

- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

-Dispose of trash properly and keep sites clean.

-Safety in and around the pool is sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area.

-Campfires must be contained within a fire ring and thoroughly extinguished when unattended. Firewood and paper is to be the only thing placed or burned in the fire rings. At no point is there to be any trash, glass, metal, ETC. placed or burned in the fire rings.

-Fireworks and explosives are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

-Pets under 35lbs is allowed at this property. 4 pets MAX. All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out. No pets on furniture or in the pool. If pets are found in lodge over 35Lbs then the guest will be charged an additional $100. If excessive pet hair is found on any furniture You will be charged an extra $250.

- No smoking allowed inside!

ATTENTION: If you are looking for a party house, DO NOT BOOK. Property is ideal for family vacations.

- Violation of house rules are grounds for terms of the rental to be terminated & visitors will be asked to leave without reimbursement for any portion of their reservation.
