Tucked into the heart of the Old Northwood historic district, this charming mid-century bungalow offers the perfect combination of character and convenience. All the shopping, dining, entertainment and amenities of The Square are a little over two miles south, with the beach a little over a mile beyond. Four miles north you’ll find Phil Foster Park and beach access just over the bridge. Finally, just over one-half mile south you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés on Northwood Rd.

At the home itself, start each morning with a visit to the coffee bar in the kitchen, then wake up in the lushly landscaped, private back yard. Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, and abundant natural light. The full kitchen offers everything you need to whip up a feast, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime around the adjacent dining table.

When you return from a day out, cool off in the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any stray laundry. Entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs and free WIFi. Even better, unplug entirely and end the day back outside, gathered around the firepit under the café lights. Three serene sanctuaries offer a restful night’s sleep - another dreamy day in West Palm awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
